Change Strategy

Change is constantly taking place, but systems change does not happen overnight. Moving from “what is happening now” to “what is possible” generally entails long, arduous processes of focused research and collaboration along with willing participation, energy, and excitement from stakeholders at various levels of governance. Because systems change has such a broad reach, it is important that theories of change and reform drivers be thoughtful and strategic and that they incorporate input from those who will be most affected. Successes can then be scaled to impact as many as possible.
